5 stars for Ak Travel and excellent rating for our tour escort Mukesh bhai !
Our Vietnam with cruise tour turned out to be one of the most memorable trips we had till now! It was our family trip in a group tour organised by Ak Travel and everything was very well managed and communicated ! All the transportation and dinner were to the point and our tour guide Mukesh bhai had excellent ground level knowledge of Vietnam ! Thank you to Ak Travel and Mukesh bhai for wonderful memories! Looking forward to many more trips with Ak The Travel Trek Ahmedabad...

Went for a trip to kerala for 10 days with my family and it was very nice experience overall. The hotels which were booked for the stay, food quality, sites visited were very nice. The tour guide, the local guides were also very friendly and easy to talk with. The management was also very nice.

If we will plan any future trips, then it will surely be with ak travel.

Extremely Disappointing Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with A K The Travel Trek and Mukeshbhai. Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a travel service provider.

The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and response. After taking the service/payment, we experienced little to no proper response when we needed assistance. We repeatedly tried to communicate and get answers, but there was no satisfactory response or support. For a travel-related service, communication and customer support are extremely important, especially when customers are depending on you for their plans.

What was most frustrating was feeling completely ignored after we had already trusted this person and his service. If there is an issue or delay, at least a professional service provider should communicate clearly and keep the customer informed. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I am sharing this review so that other customers can make an informed decision before booking or purchasing any service. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would personally not choose this service again.

please check the Justdial reviews as well before buying any service from this guy. If the Google reviews seem misleading or unreliable, make sure to validate the Justdial reviews too before purchasing any service.
Overall: Very poor communication, extremely disappointing customer service, and an experience that I would not recommend to others.

We had an amazing experience with Ak travel , and a big part of that was our wonderful tour guide, muksh . Throughout the trip, he was extremely professional, patient, and supportive. No matter the situation, he always remained calm and handled everything with a smile.

There were times when some travelers became frustrated or raised their voices, but he never lost his composure and continued to help everyone respectfully. He made sure that no one was left behind, constantly checked on the group, and took care of every detail to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed.

Even when some of us were running late, he was always there to guide and assist us without any complaints. His dedication, kindness, and commitment to the group truly made our journey smooth and enjoyable.

Thank you for making this trip so memorable. It was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Ak Travel to anyone looking for a well-organized and stress-free holiday.

Thanks Mr.Mukesh Rajput !!
